The Lord can use anything...

I'm starting to get used to this bloggin stuff. Here's what happened to me the past couple of days. I bought a CD player for my car. After installing it, it sounded great but I couldn't see the display because of the angle it was mounted. I went in to exchange it for a different one. The lady helping me had a hard time getting the glass case open, so she went away to get some help. While she was gone, I had an opportunity to strike up a conversation with another gentlemen that was waiting. As we were talking, we got on the subject of church. I asked him if he was sure about going to Heaven and he said that he's been saved several times. I explained to him that it only takes one time to be born again...not again and again. I'm not sure if he understood that, but I just pray that the seed planted will grow.

Well, I installed the other CD player and it had a brilliant display, but the sound quality wasn't desirable. So, once again, it took it out, went in to exchange it, and the same situation happened- they couldn't get the door opened (and this was at a different store!) The guy helping had to run and find management to get the keys to unlock the back office to get the keys to the case. In the meantime, I had an opportunity to witness to a young man who just moved back from Maryland. He said that his 3 children were knowledgeable in the word of God but when I asked if he was 100% sure if he was going to heaven, he didn't know. I took a moment to show him how how he could know for sure and he believed and accepted Jesus Christ as his saviour right there!

This is proof that God can use disatisfaction with a purchased product to put you in a certain place at a certain time to change someone's life forever.

Praise the Lord!

By the way, car stereo sounds great!
